Lol… do you guys honestly expect desserts to be healthy and calorie free? Hahaha its dessert… sugar and butter are basically the main ingredients for most of them. The phrase “healthy dessert” is basically an oxymoron. Its kinda hard finding healthy desserts, although there are some good ones out there. The show Emeril Green on TV has made some good healthy desserts. Paulas desserts do look real delicious though [:

2 sticks is actually half a pound or one cup and its not that much in divided portions
besides, most recipies start with two sticks of butter, especially cookies.
