Yep. I'm stupid and didn't read it before opening & opened the icing instead of the flour & had to mix both the flour & icing together.
Will it still be a cupcake?
Well well well, for you people who went 'UMMMMM NO..' and acted like high class cooking snobs, it DOES still work. Probably not as good as without the icing, but it still came out cupcakey.

Ummmm NO. Sorry.. If you haven’t baked yet, add a package of pudding and a little extra water, and say you intended to make what comes out.

How bout mixing it with cocoa, dropping it into a double baker, top with brown sugar and cocao and making a self saucing pudding with it?

No – it won’t.
You can try to add some pudding and an extra egg.
It might be really sweet – it REAL be really sweet.
Tell people you meant it to be that way.

Nope sorry it will not come out as a cupcake.. it will be really really sweet. You could try adding some different things to make it more cupcake/pudding like tho

it will be be a cupcake but maybe the sweetness will vary. you can add an egg and a bit of flour if it it too sweet.check out this site. They are a lots of muffin choices/variations for inspiration. just Google yeolesweets.
