How to use simple decorating techniques to make a mummy cupcakes. I don't use the plastic bag technique in this one. If you plan on decorating cakes or cupcakes in the future I recommend you buy a basic decorator tip set. They can be purchased relatively cheaply. I use a tip called a basket weave tip that makes a ribbon shape with the icing. This idea was found in a Halloween edition of a magazine.
